Marwa Alnaal

Marwa (she/her/hers) is a proud Muslim-Arab American dedicated to building better and stronger communities for those in Worcester and across the Commonwealth. Prior to joining TGH, Marwa served as the Director of Government Relations with Ascentria Care Alliance, a human services organization serving across New England. She also has lived in Syria during the war and served with various NGIO’s to build a program focusing on youth and women and social cohesion. She is a staunch advocate of ensuring that all persons of the global majority are represented and heard in all spaces. Marwa holds a B.A. in Political Science and MPA from Clark University.
